Job Description
● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
● Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
● Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
● Candidates must have atleast ! year BPO Experience / 1.6 yr CSE
● Permanent WFH Setup
● Completed 2 years in college
Earn up to PHP 16,000 - PHP 22,000
Typing Speed: 40 WPM 90% Accuracy
