Job Description
● Follow standard operations and procedures.
● Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
● Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
● Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
● Candidates must have atleast 1 year BPO experience
● Permanent WFH Setup
● Completed 2 years in College
● Earn up to Php 16,000 - Php 22,000
● Typing Speed: $0 WPM 90% Accuracy
