Merchandiser

Merchandisers are responsible for product appearance and supply in various partner stores throughout their designated are. They make certain that the promotion of specific products and services will increase sales over a period of time.
Produces commissary sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services
• Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor and discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products and product changes
. • Maintain customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers and employees.
• Answers questions, responding to special requests and describes product features.
• Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.
• Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, and arranging for return and credit for damaged product
. • Ensures that the maximum number of products and sizes are prominently and creatively displayed. Always look for opportunities to increase the facing of the clients’ product at all times.
Maintains product hygiene of all assigned products and display area at all times ensuring the products are kept clean, presentable and attractive to consumers.
• Requests merchandising materials and install posters and price tags and all point of sales materials, if any to support the product and display.
• Conducts regular count of inventory in the selling area and submits Merchandiser’s weekly inventory and off-take report an all other reporting requirements on due date.
• Helps with Account Exec with special promotions by setting up displays at aisle ends, checking daily on special promotions, observing customer reaction to special promotions, forwarding observations to management, and removing promotions at the end of the promotion period.
At least Senior High School graduate
• With Pleasing personality
• Preferably with a minimum of 6 months work experience in related field
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items, crates
• Knowledgeable in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint
• Must be keen in details and organized
• Preferably with a valid driver’s license and motorcycle
• Willing to do field work daily
• Able to report in Taguig City as Monday – Saturday
