JOB SUMMARY

The Creative Officer will be the lead for creative and design work in the Marketing Department. He or She shall work
closely with other corporate services and the wider organization to support the delivery of internal and external
communications objectives within the company. Having the officer expertise, He/she is responsible for producing
print, digital, and multimedia materials for a range of audiences and channels, as well as proactively pursuing other
creative projects which support the company’s brand and reputation. He/she must ensure our creative output is on
brand and accessible for our diverse communities.

ARTWORK AND
DEVELOPMENT Project Management

• Efficiently manages multiple design projects,
ensuring timely delivery based on standard
turnaround time provided.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather
project requirements with the use of Marketing
Project Request Form.
Brand Consistency:
• Uphold and reinforce brand identity across all
design materials.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for
design projects.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to
understand design needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior
designers, if applicable.

elements across various brand touchpoints.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design
software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g,
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects,
Premier)

• Expertise in designing materials for print, such as
brochures, posters, and packaging.
• Strong ability to select and pair fonts effectively
in design projects.

Minimum
Qualification
Standards

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as
Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts,
Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• Relevant work experience in graphic design,
creative design, or a related field. The required
years of experience can vary based on the level
of the position (mid-level).
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing the
candidate's design work across various mediums
(print, digital, web, etc.)
