Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

· Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.

· Excellent record keeping skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
