Job Description

Qualifications:

* Knowledgable in the Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS)
* Good in verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge and experience in report creation
* Average skills in MS Excel
* Keen knowledge to details
* Positive working attitude
* Customer service skills

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provisioning of application for all PACS Workstation.

2. Evaluating, testing and acquire equipment related to PACS and Non-IT systems.

3. Monitoring server and storage conditions, making sure faulty components are escalated to concerned support providers.

4. Monitoring server and storage warranty coverage.

5. Manage and administer PACS systems.

6. Creating and updating documentation for servers, storage, and other equipment related to PACS.

7. Strong analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to details with ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives.

PACS Role:

* Support user's request via viber/gspace (merging, deleting, transferring, sending, importing and exporting of images ; revert study status' requested by doctors ; template problem ; not official in hcs ; sending of images via email requested by patients/doctors )
* Configuration of user's account (AD, RIS, ISCV)
* Hardware troubleshooting (PACS PCs, Image Printers, PACS Machines)
* Installation of PACS Software
* Troubleshooting of software's malfunction
* PACS Hardware inventory
* Deployment of PACS hardware
* Configuration of new PACS machines, pc and printer
* Reporting of issues to vendors
* Back up of images from machines (applicable only in Women's Healthcare Unit)
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
