Job Description

Position: Japanese Sales Ops Specialist - Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
Salary range: PHP 108,100 - PHP 120,000/month

Overview:
Seeking a self-driven Japanese Sales Ops Specialist to support internal sales processes, guide Company Practitioners, and assist S&PP Leadership in service area initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage tasks, prioritize competing priorities, and potentially oversee a small team
Develop and execute work plans, engage with senior leadership, and contribute to process creation
Demonstrate expertise in tools and processes while understanding the broader Company context

Skills & Qualifications:
Japanese proficiency level: N2 to N1
Excellent in English & Japanese communication skills (oral and written)
5 years experience in Sales , any desk job/corporate/BPO experience + 3-4 years of Supervisory experience
Proficient in Company Sales processes and Microsoft applications, especially Excel
Understanding of finance concepts, Business Management education preferred
Excellent teaming, organizational, and data handling skills
Autonomy, adaptability, and virtual collaboration capability
