Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning and Development Coordinator at GetKlean Philippines, located in Quezon City. The Learning and Development Staff will be responsible for managing the learning management system, creating and implementing training programs and materials, conducting instructional design, and facilitating training sessions with different personnel across the company. The Learning and Development Coordinator will also communicate with upper management to identify company-wide training and development needs.

Qualifications
Training & Development and Learning Management skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in creating and implementing training programs and materials
Experience in instructional design
Experience in facilitating training sessions
Ability to collaborate with different departments across the company
Knowledge of different learning techniques and training methods
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
Experience in the cleaning industry or related field is a plus
