Job Description
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the production department.
Supports managers, employees and staff through a variety of tasks related to production, in
particular.
Able to learn quickly and address concerns effectively
Determined to get the job done and resourceful through multi-tasking and proactive thinking.
Detail-oriented to catch potential typos and/or grammatical errors to ensure work is accurate and
trustworthy
Able to anticipate needs and complete important tasks without needing to be asked.
Responsible for accurate and time sensitive reporting.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge in using Google Drive and Google Sheet
