Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project delivery, managing internal and external stakeholders, and engaging in client conversations.
Guide and lead a team of experienced resources, ensuring project executions align with planned timelines.
Lead solution design and implementation, ensuring high quality within time a nd budget constraints.
Effectively coordinate with client organizations, enhancing client relationships.
Lead EPM application design, assess project requirements, and identify optimal solutions.
Identify business development opportunities through networking within and outside the firm.
Prepare RFP responses and drive client presentations to explore business opportunities.
Develop business cases, solution options, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements, and execution approaches for EPM opportunities.
Work independently on business development and project delivery, whether onshore or offshore.
Your Experience:
Preferably candidates from Consulting firms or Companies involved in setting up of Captive Shared Services.
SAP FICO or Oracle Fusion or Oracle EBS (e-business suite) design and implementation experience.
Finance business process knowledge related to Organization Structure, Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, etc.
Experience in SAP/other ERP reporting capabilities in BI/BO, BW, SAC, etc.
Understanding of SAP and Allied Systems’ Reporting and Customization capabilities.
Understanding of Fiori and Dashboard development capabilities in SAP Core ERP and Allied Systems.
Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system Integration projects, particularly SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules/applications.
Process expertise in Finance, Operating Model, Shared Services, and Delivery Operations.
