Job Description:
Leadership and Team Development:
Identify and nurture talent, lead, motivate, and coach direct reports to establish an effective team.
Manage team performance, identify outliers, and drive continuous achievement of KPIs.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent quality and productivity across channels (call, email, chat) to maximize value for advertisers.
Ensure performance aligns with relevant service level metrics or revenue/funnel goals.
Communication:
Communicate quarterly strategy and monthly/weekly priorities effectively.
Adjust messaging for different target audiences (agents, Ops Manager, Facebook) with concise communication.
Adaptability:
Quickly adapt to changes in workflows, processes, procedures, and product features.
Proactive Problem Solving:
Proactively share bottlenecks and challenges with quantified impact on operations for prioritization.
Clearly outline current performance drivers and actions to improve.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional and personable demeanor at all times.
Job Qualifications:
Must have 3 years of BPO work experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Sales (upselling, cross-selling, online sales, or telemarketing).
Open to undergraduates with relevant work experience.
