Job Description
Location: Baguio City
Work onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service for a Home Security Account within a BPO environment.
Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions related to home security systems.
Utilize effective communication skills to assist customers via phone, email, or live chat.
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining professionalism
Qualifications:
Good to excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
High School or Senior High School graduate.
Completion of at least 1 month of Customer Service-related training or experience (CCE).
On-site work requirement.
Starting Salary Range: PHP 15,000 – 16,000.
