Job Description
Salary: PHP15400/month
Location: Baguio City
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to the financial services and banking sector within a BPO environment.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information regarding financial products and services.
Navigate and utilize banking systems to assist customers with account-related tasks, transactions, and inquiries.
Adhere to compliance guidelines and financial regulations while handling sensitive customer information.
Offer support and guidance in various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Work Onsite
· Good to excellent communication skills
· Have completed at least the first semester of College
· Did not go abroad for the past seven (7) years
· With ready NBI clearance (at least 6 months validity)
· SP: PHP 15,400
