Back of the House/Kitchen Staff

The Kitchen staff is responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food preparation and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized. This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floor sanitizing countertops and chopping boards and maintaining all areas to health code standard. He must be able to complete all set tasks and cook dishes under minimal supervision and he should be able demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in his work.

Job Qualifications:

● With or without experience, having experience is an advantage

● Ability to work shifts over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed

● Physical fit to stand for entire shift and for extended periods

● Good team player

● Ability to work under pressure and multitask work
