Front of the House/Waiter

Job Description:

The dining staff (all-around: server / cashier) will be responsible for attending to the customers’ needs and requests. He must be experienced and knowledgeable about the food & beverage industry, and must familiarize himself with the items on our menu as he will help the customers place their orders and make sure that they get them in a timely manner.

They must greet and engage with the customers in a friendly conversation to cultivate a hospitable and welcoming environment at Mimi & Bros. He will also submit the orders to the kitchen and serve the food out to the customers once their orders are ready.

The dining staff must also be flexible as he will not only be serving the customers, but will also be asked to help in getting the bill and making correct changes, keeping track of the receipts and tips as well.

In addition, he must help maintain a clean and sanitary environment by bussing dishes, sweeping floors, and completing other opening and closing tasks in store as well.

Job Qualifications:

● With fast casual dining experience

● With good customer service and communication skills

● Good team player

● Ability to work under pressure
