Job Description

Technical Support Representatives - for Cable, Internet, and Phone
Salary Package: PHP26,000/month
Location: Davao City, Davao Del Sur

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for cable, internet, and phone services in a BPO setting.
Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
Guide customers through solutions, ensuring a positive support experience.
Document interactions and solutions accurately in the support system.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams for further investigation.
Educate customers on features, functionalities, and troubleshooting.
Assist with account-related inquiries and updates.

Qualifications:
At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate

Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)
Familiarity with cable, internet, and phone technologies.
Previous BPO technical support experience is an advantage
Average to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
