Job Description

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Business Course, Psychology or a related field
Experience working in Learning and Development as team lead or any similar ∙
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods ∙
Experience in project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Professional training certification is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
∙ Create and execute learning strategies and programs
∙ Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
∙ Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training)
∙ Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings ∙ Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
∙ Outsourcing of training facilitators, organization and oversee training and L&D ∙ Track budgets and negotiate contracts
