Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial
Psychology or any relevant courses
With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job
analysis and employee productivity.
At least 3 years of relevant experiences
Familiar with Organizational Charts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions
Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job
positions.
Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.
Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with
organizational goals.
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
