Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial
Psychology or any relevant courses
 With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job
analysis and employee productivity.
 At least 3 years of relevant experiences
 Familiar with Organizational Charts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions
 Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff
relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
 Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job
positions.
 Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.
 Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with
organizational goals.
 Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K
