Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Knowledgeable in Project Management, Budgeting and Marketing/Branding.
- Strong communication skills and adaptive learning to new technologies related to the job function.
- Can handle negotiations between suppliers, renewing and prospective clients.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g., Salesforce)
- Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Having experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
