Job Description

1. Coordinate with the vendor for the proposal/quotaƟon.
2. Prepares quotaƟon/proposal to clients.
3. Prepares and issues purchase orders to vendors.
4. Source out new IT vendor.
5. Prepare delivery receipt to client.

1. Must be a college graduate or any business-related course.
2. Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.
3. Knowledgeable in procurement process especially in the IT industry.
4. Knowledgeable in IT products and services.
5. Knowledgeable in price negotiation.
6. Familiarity with IT vendors/distributors is a plus.
7. Has good communication skills.
8. Willingness to render overtime.
