Job Description
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila
In this role within our T&O practice, your responsibilities include:
Identifying stakeholders’ challenges and crafting Change Management strategies.
Leveraging social and digital technologies for effective communication.
Assisting clients in developing change capabilities and fostering agility.
Leading Change adoption activities such as baselining, measurement, Digital training, and Communications.
Driving digital transformation, culture change, and overall change adoption.
Collaborating within a dynamic, international team, contributing to practice-building efforts.
Your Experience:
7 to 10 years of change management experience.
Expertise in end-to-end change programs, especially in technology-driven changes.
Techno-functional experience in cloud-based systems implementation.
Ability to articulate business value, interpret data, and work with digital tools.
Effective stakeholder management in a multi-cultural and global environment.
