Job Description
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute GTM strategies for smart connected products, NPD, and portfolio management.
Define product roadmap, business requirements, and features, collaborating with executives.
Co-develop innovative solutions with business consultants/analysts and foster consensus internally.
Evangelize the smart connected product area among stakeholders.
Create "thought ware" and "point-of-view" documents.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support proposals and enhance eminence in Smart Connected Products.
Contribute to the growth of the SCP offering, including recruitment and training.
Assist in RFPs, estimation, and work breakdown.
Experience Requirements:
Manager: 10+ years of experience.
Senior Manager: 15+ years of experience.
Implementation experience on mid to large-scale projects.
Proficient in data-streaming, data abstraction, and big data.
Familiar with global environments and Onshore Offshore models.
Proven track record in delivering high-impact engagements for large clients.
Thorough understanding of network protocols, IIoT/Smart Connected Products Industry Standards.
Familiarity with at least one end-to-end IoT platform (AWS IoT/Thingworx, Azure IoT).
Knowledge of portfolio management tools (Planisware/Changepoint/Planview/SAP PPM).
Strong project management skills with a focus on Agile methodology.
Good understanding of emerging technologies: IoT/AI/ML/Edge Computing/Blockchain/AR/VR.
Stay informed about industry 4.0 trends and emerging Smart Connected Products technologies.
