Company overview Good Neighbors International Philippines Branch, Inc (GNIP) is an international, humanitarian, and development NGO established in 1991 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:
•Assist in establishing partnerships with the local government units and community partners.
•Assist the Project Officer in organizing and strengthening fishery cooperatives and closely work with the community people.
•Provide support in the conduct of capacity building activities like trainings and workshops for the fisherfolks and community people.
•Support the procurement, construction and management of livelihood projects.
•Submit regular reports to the GNIP management and partners.
•Manage the project funds and other resources.

Qualifications:
The potential post holder will require the following competencies, experience, skills and knowledge:
•At least 3 years of experience in managing community development projects.
•Have good communication skills and proficient in English.
•Has an in depth understanding of the local fishery context.
•Preferably a resident of Palawan or nearby province and willing to be relocated in the project area.
•Skilled in developing presentations and have in depth computer knowledge.
