Company overview Good Neighbors International Philippines Branch, Inc (GNIP) is an international, humanitarian, and development NGO established in 1991 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. It has been in General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) since 1996. In 2008, GNI established its Philippine branch aim to improve lives, especially of children, through its one-on-one child sponsorship program and community development projects. Currently, GNIP is actively implementing child sponsorship and community development projects (education, health, water and sanitation, disaster response and livelihood advocacies) in (1) San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, (2) Hagonoy, Bulacan, (3) Tingloy Island, Batangas, (4) Gigmoto, Catanduanes, (5) Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon, (6) Laak, Davao De Oro and (7) Guiuan, Eastern Samar . Job Description

Requirements:
• Expansion of Distribution and Business Scale: Enhance the reach and scale of cooperative fishery products.
• Diversification of Income Sources: Develop new income streams for fishermen’s association members to bolster livelihood resilience.

Key Qualifications:
• Project Management Experience: Demonstrated success in project implementation, either in international NGOs, KOICA, UN, or management positions focusing on planning, strategy, and marketing in the private sector.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with marine products distribution and business operations.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Experience in coordinating with local government units (LGUs), stakeholders, and cooperatives, national government agencies, and national and international buyers. Coordination with the national government agencies and national and international buyers.
• Budget Management: Strong skills in budget execution and administration.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with buyers.
• Reporting Skills: Proficiency in reporting financial and narrative reports to the headquarters at Good Neighbors Global Impact Foundation, South Korea/Good Neighbors Philippines. S/he needs to report to GIK, CD and KOICA, as necessary.

Other Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years in either international NGOs or the private sector.
• Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, International Development, Community Development, or Marketing.
