Business Development Manager

• Preferably with existing portfolio and 3 years’ experience in the same field or industry.
• Accredit new partner companies and/ or associations via sourcing out from the natural market not within HC Mutual’s accredited partners to increase the total number of partners.
• Generate webinars/ membership activities from new and existing accounts for membership generation.
• Conduct Sales calls with new and existing Corporate Partners through the different sales channels/ sales lead sources.
• Revive the relationship with the existing inactive Corporate Partners under the “Lazarus” account database and schedule a webinar.
• Prepare a pipeline of target accounts.
• Prepare and send out proposals to prospective accounts and those on the pipeline list.
• Prepare reports based on the pipeline accounts and present daily, weekly and monthly updates to the Corporate Sales Head.
• Set appointment and conduct product presentations to decision makers of prospective companies
• Attend actual webinars with Corporate Sales RM’s/ RO’s to ensure actual commitments made during the accreditation and negotiations are implemented and followed
• Conduct post evaluation reports and updates per successful company accreditation
• Manage conformity signing and coordination meetings with newly accredited companies.
• Build rapport with new and existing accredited company HR contacts and/ or POC’s
• Prepare and send event roll out invitation to HR/ PC’s via email prior each membership activity.
• Prepare a post evaluation report on your 90 day performance as BD Associate.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by HC Mutual management in order to support the goals of the company
• Must know how to drive and with driver’s license.
