JD FOR MARKETING OFFICER
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our
products/services, attract new customers, and enhance our brand image. The Marketing Officer will work
closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify
opportunities for growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Client and Vendor Relations:
o Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
o Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and communication.
o Collaborate with clients and/or vendors to identify opportunities for joint marketing initiatives.
• Event Management:
o Plan, organize, and execute marketing events to promote brand awareness and engagement.
o Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion.
o Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and reporting.
• Brand Identity Building:
o Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
o Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in visual and messaging
elements.
o Implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.
• Copywriting:
o Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website copy,
social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
o Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging strategy.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content creation.
• Creative Marketing Input:
o Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance marketing campaigns.
o Stay informed, research, and provide initial analyses on industry trends, competitor activities, and
emerging marketing techniques.
o Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing marketing assets.
Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, related
field or work experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, with a focus on client relations, vendor
management, event management, and brand building preferably from the same or related industry.
• Strong communication skills both in verbal and written.
• Copywriting skills with a portfolio/samples of previous work.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Independent thinker with a strategic mindset
• Highly creative, and stays highly driven and self-motivated.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box with high level of detail-orientedness.
• Has a dynamic personality, is adaptable, and has a degree of professionalism.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
