Job Description
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 3+ years in US/global healthcare or health product organizations.
Strong grasp of healthcare payer/provider value chains and large-scale business/tech transformations.
Proven experience in process analysis, stakeholder coordination, and US work hour flexibility.
Key Skills:
In-depth knowledge of provider IT systems, EMR (preferably Cerner), and project delivery.
Team & scope management, change management, lean concepts, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and relevant tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.), clinical data models, cloud migration, clinical standards, and health data interoperability (HL7, FHIR, V2 messaging).
Expertise in EMR workflows/interfaces, use case prioritization, and engagement strategy implementation.
