Job Description
Location: Taguig, Metro Manila
Job Type: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting & Implementation:
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle of SAP Analytics solutions, including gathering business requirements, designing, configuring, and deploying solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies.
- Customize SAP BusinessObjects (BO), SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other SAP analytics tools to suit client needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics models to deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct data analysis, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability in the reporting systems.
- Optimize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
System Integration & Support:
- Integrate SAP Analytics solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP).
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for analytics systems and end-users, ensuring systems are working at optimal performance.
- Offer training and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams on SAP Analytics tools.
Client Engagement & Strategy:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring their analytics needs are met.
- Advise clients on best practices in SAP Analytics and help align solutions with their business objectives.
- Assist in preparing and presenting client proposals, project plans, and analytics strategy recommendations.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP Analytics solutions and related technologies.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements, process improvements, and innovative ways to use analytics for better decision-making.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in implementing SAP Analytics solutions (SAP BW, SAP BO, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.).
- Strong experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and creating data visualization reports using SAP Analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of SAP HANA and S/4HANA integrations with SAP Analytics platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex data analytics projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques in SAP Analytics.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Analytics Cloud or equivalent.
