Job Description

We’re Hiring:
Service Desk Analyst & Service Operations Analyst

Service Desk Analyst
Salary Range: Php 23,000
Headcount: 2
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (24x7 support)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite)
Location: Rockwell Business Center Pasig City

Requirements:
-- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
-- Experience: At least 1 year in IT or technical support.
-- Skills & Knowledge:
-- Microsoft Office Apps, Azure AD, Exchange, Intune, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams.
-- Windows Server, Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Mac, iOS, Android.
-- Foundational understanding of VPN, DHCP, DNS, SSL, SMTP, etc.

Service Operations Analyst
Salary Range: Php 25,000 + Php 1,000 Internet Allowance
Headcount: 2
Shift Schedule:
(1HC) Tuesday-Saturday, 11 PM to 8 AM
(1HC) Sunday-Thursday, 11 PM to 8 AM
Work Arrangement: Fully remote (onsite once a month or as needed)
Job Description:
-- Infrastructure Monitoring:
-- Use JIRA, Site 24x7, and Zabbix to monitor and close invalid alerts.
-- Escalate issues and provide visibility reports.
-- Service Requests:
-- Manage tickets like account creation, password resets, patching, and decommissioning.
-- Ensure SLA adherence by following up and closing tickets.
