Job Description
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Records and encodes transactions to approved BIR Computerized Accounting System.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Perform audit of delivery receipt (DR'S) issued and other relative accountable forms.
Perform audit of various petty cash fund
Track bank deposits and payments
Assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies
Perform other duties related as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be an Accounting or Finance Graduate or any related course
Having experience is a plus
Willing to relocate to Cainta, Rizal
