Job Description

• Relevant Under Grad/bachelor’s / Master degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
• Overall 6 to 8 years experience of which at least 5 years in Project Management
• Relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, Price2, CSM, Agile etc.) are added advantage
• A good understanding of the Risk functions
• Experience in managing diverse and senior stakeholders
• Experience in managing multiple projects as a BA / PM and taking it to closure
• Understanding business problems & having a positive attitude towards solving the issues
• Should have a good understanding of the Product Life cycle and various delivery methodologies.
• A track record of managing and delivering change initiatives involving people, processes, policies, and technology components
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders to achieve required outcomes
• Good decision-making skills – anticipating and planning for activities, actively prioritizing and communicating/negotiating to deliver superior results
• Strong analytical and conceptualization skills, to adopt or establish industry best practices and looking for opportunities to do things better
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a clear and outcome-driven manner.
