Job Description
- Experience: Junior (0-2 years), Mid (3-5 years), Senior (6+ years)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s or PMP certification preferred for Senior roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Senior-level candidates must have a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and leadership.
Key Responsibilities (across all levels):
- Assist or lead the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational goals and client expectations.
