Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Auditor Accounting. As an Internal auditor, you will be responsible for performing independent and objective assessments of the company's financial and operational business activities. As part of the Internal Audit Team, you will be responsible for performing Financial, Operational, and Compliance audits across the entirety of SosaJB Property Management Corp. based in Makati to ensure that all business processes are compliant with the company’s policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and the principles of sound corporate governance.

Rate: PHP 30,000-35,000 Basic Pay
Working Schedule: 8:30AM-6:30PM (MON-THURS), 8:30AM-5:30PM (FRIDAY)
Location: Makati

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields
CPA certification is an advantage
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Internal Audit either in-house or with an external/internal audit firm
Experience in property management or real estate is a plus
Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and can interact effectively with all levels of employees and management
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines
Has solid understanding of accounting principles and internal audit standards
Knowledge of Philippine financial and reporting regulations is a plus
Knowledge of data analytics, audit software, and enterprise resource planning is an advantage
Has good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
