Tax Manager - CPA/Salary 50000 - 70000/Salcedo Village Makati

Minimum Qualification Standards

 Must be a graduate of Accountancy
 Must be a CPA
 With at least 5 years related work experience in Corporate Accounting and Tax
 With at least 1 year experience as Manager
 With excellent oral and written communication skills
 Can start immediately and willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities:
 Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.
 Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
 Ensure accurate and timely compliance to all government regulatory reports.
 Help design and implement tax planning program.
 Help identify tax planning opportunities. Provides tax efficient alternatives to the company's business units and transactions.
 Develop and implement strategic tax planning and
improve tax savings.
 Identify and mitigate tax risks by maintaining effective control procedures over all aspects of the
tax process.
 Handling of BIR tax audits including the recon procedures, analysis, and accurate preparation and submission of schedules or working papers in a timely manner.
 Advocates tax regulations by handling BIR investigations and audits through proper coordination with BIR examiner to finish all
examination with minimal exposure.
