Tax Manager (Makati)

A Tax Manager who lead and manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax
services, that will increase firm’s reputation.

Overall
Management
• Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance
with laws and regulations within timeframe.
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Ensure accurate and timely compliance to all
government regulatory reports.
• Help design and implement tax planning program.
• Help identify tax planning opportunities. Provides
tax efficient alternatives to the company's business
units and transactions.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning and
improve tax savings.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks by maintaining
effective control procedures over all aspects of the
tax process.
• Handling of BIR tax audits including the recon
procedures, analysis, and accurate preparation and
submission of schedules or working papers in a
timely manner.
• Advocates tax regulations by handling BIR
investigations and audits through proper
coordination with BIR examiner to finish all
examination with minimal exposure.

Minimum
Qualification
Standards
• Must be a graduate of Accountancy
• Must be a CPA
• With at least 5 years related work experience in
Corporate Accounting and Tax
• With at least 1 year experience as Manager
• With excellent oral and written communication
skills
• Can start immediately and willing to work onsite.
