Job Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. COLLEGE GRADUATE WITH A DEGREE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, PSYCHOLOGY OR OTHER RELATED COURSES.
2. KNOWLEDGEABLE IN COMPUTERS.
3. PREFERABLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN HR WORK. IF NOT, IS WILLING TO BE TRAINED.
4. WILLING TO LEARN OTHER WORKS IN THE OFFICE.
5. TRUSTWORTHY AND HARDWORKING
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. HR STAFF – IN CHARGE OF THE 201 FILE OF THE EMPLOYEES.
2. PROCESSING OF SSS, PAG-IBIG AND PHILHEALTH REPORTS.
3. DO PAYROLL
4. WILL BE TASKED TO DO EMPLOYEE’S HANDBOOK
5. STARTING SALARY OF P13,420.00.
6. FLEXIBLE – WILLING TO LEARN THE WORK OF THE OTHER STAFF
7. PROBATIONARY PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS
