Job Description
ASSISTANT ENGINEERING HEAD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
l Reviews all in-line machine downtime, analyses and proposes short or long-term plans to lessen such trouble
l Schedules job order implementation
l Conducts in-line inspection or monitoring of ongoing operations
l Ensures and verifies if the monthly preventive or corrective maintenance activities are completed correctly and on-
time
l Reviews all machine troubles or downtime generated; plans or proposes the most economical and efficient solution
together with the in-line personnel
l Validates all Engineering works to ensure compliance to safety and quality requirements
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
l With Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related courses
l With at least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing company
l With experience in handling packing machine
l With knowledge or background in ISO certification is an advantage
l With strong leadership and good decision-making skills
l Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
l Practices safety standard at all times

WORK LOCATION:
Interior Provincial Road, Pulong Gubat, Balagtas, Bulacan
WORK SCHEDULE:
8am – 5pm, 6 days a week
