Job Description

The Engineering Assistant Manager is responsible for the supervision, recommendation, and standardization of the production process of the following: equipment/refrigeration system, compressed air system, power system, and steam system.

- Performs preventive maintenance of equipment and manages daily plant engineering activities.
- Identifies and defines PM revision, changes, and modifications.
- Implements development on process plant systems and equipment preventive maintenance.
- Implements reliability for production process equipment and its components.
- Executes the planned major project for the plant.
- Ensures engineering resources and assets are efficiently and productively utilized.
- Initiate and recommend action to address engineering concerns on safety, health, environment, and product quality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering courses.
- Preferably, a licensed Engineer.
- With at least four (4) years of work experience in total productive maintenance (TPM) and in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines.
- Must have a background in process equipment, refrigeration, ventilating systems, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply systems, and other rotating equipment operation and maintenance.
- Must be amenable to work onsite in Marilao, Bulacan.
