Job Description
- Acting as second -in-command to the manager and taking care of all duties
- Assisting the manager with the operational issues
- To flow down process and changes
- Directly report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Amenable to work onsite in Sta. Cruz, Manila (near SM San Lazaro)
-Can turnover or command when COO is not around
-Can start immediately
Qualifications:
- College Graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail operations with leadership experience
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies
- Must have strong problem solving , analytical ,leadership and people management skills
- Outstanding Interpersonal skills
- A willingness to learn
