Job Description
• Assist injured employees and bring them to the nearest hospital if needed.
• Maintain and update health records of all employees
• Document employee’s injuries and illness and keep this information confidential
• Ensure that all sick employees submit a “fitness to work” certificate upon returning to work.
• Evaluate diagnostic test based on the medical certificates presented
• Schedule annual medical examinations of all employees
• Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies
• Assist HR task (new hired employees for Pre-employment requirements)
• Conduct safety orientation to all newly hired employees
• Coordinate with Manpower Agencies regarding recruitment process
