Job Description

The Customer Management Specialist (CMS) is responsible for selling the appropriate solutions for the customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. The position involves direct selling to customers and interaction with partners, vendors, and suppliers. It involves prospecting, facilitating the customer sales process, working on bids, and coordinating with the technical team to craft the appropriate solution for the customer.
This role is responsible for the whole sales process from opportunity identification to close, payment, and after-sales.
This position also involves assisting the sales force in the selling cycle such as assisting and following up with quotes and occasionally performing sales administration tasks to support the rest of the CM Team.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Crafting personalized, targeted outreach to connect with potential customers
2. Understanding the value of a (potentially complex) product or service and conveying that value in an articulate manner
3. Identifying customers who could benefit from the company’s product or service
4. Understanding a customer’s needs and determining if the solution can address those needs.
5. Researching and identifying prospects using sales engagement platforms
6. Creating personalized emails and messages to get a prospect's attention and schedule a call
7. Reaching out to prospects via email, phone calls, or other methods (like social media)
8. Following up on emails to prospects. Calling prospects to follow up on leads.
9. Identifying and Qualifying Opportunities.
10. Bringing qualified opportunities to a closed transaction and facilitating the payment process.
11. Supporting sales roles such as administrative tasks needed to be performed for the CM team
12. Attaining a revenue target set by management. 13. Visiting the Existing and New accounts

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any IT-related course
- IT experience is Preferred · 3 or more years of experience in IT Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal and social skills
- Proficient in MS Office and related software
- Strong presentation skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia presentation platforms and methods
- Experience in Consultative & Solution Selling
