Competence Development Officer

As a Competence Development Officer for PHILCAMSAT CDC, your
primary responsibility is to design, implement, and oversee training and
development programs for Global Maritime Professionals in accordance
with international regulations and industry standards. Your role is crucial in
ensuring that seafarers possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and
competencies to perform their duties effectively and safely while onboard
ships or other maritime vessels.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Incumbent is expected to have an experience on Crew Career Development Program, with good communications skills, is technology-savvy and displays high customer service through on-time response to on-line queries.
