Program Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage Sea Mariners, the maritime youth engagement program of PTC
o Assist in developing learning materials for youth participants.
o Liaise with school partners for implementation of the program.
o Liaise with DepEd for coordination and implementation of the program.
o Monitor progress and report on the status of activities.
o Lead in establishing new partnerships and joint activities.
• Ideate on new sustainability projects for future engagements.
• In-charge in the creation of activities for PTCitizenship.
• Assist in the conduct of compliances with government agencies for RSE Foundation.
• Represent the organization in various engagements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree
o Graduates of the following programs or concentrations are preferred but not a requirement
▪ Education
▪ Development Communication major in Educational Communication
▪ Social Work or Community Development
• At least one year of experience in the development sector, foundation work, or in running youth development programs in the LGU or private sector
• Can report regularly at the PTC Office in Makati City.
• Willing to do minimal fieldwork in areas of NCR, CALABARZON, and Visayas.
• Familiar with project management and willing to learn the use of project management tools.
