Roving Branch Service Associate

Acts as a reliever in the absence of the Branch Service Associate due to maternity leave, vacation/sick leave and resignation and is responsible for the entire day-to-day operational aspects of the branch. Responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the branch. Primarily handles collections and company funds, signs checks within their authority limit, act as a custodian of company properties, policy servicing and attends to policyholder’s needs, timely submits needed reports at the Head Office, coordinates the activity of the Branch Manager and assists to the needs of the agents, co-represents the company to DEP ED Regional Office and other government entities. Performs and observes proper maintenance and upkeep of the branch office.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business related course, knowledgeable in cash handling.
• Results oriented with administration skills, honest, trustworthy, committed and focused.
• With good communication, Bookkeeping, Customer Service & Computer skills
• Must be punctual, prompt in submission of reports, conscious in her daily activities in the office
• Must be willing to be assigned to other branches.
• Applicants with relevant work experience will be given preference.
