Claims Processor

Handle processing of claims within required turnaround time. Also, to handle in-process claims, approved claims, denied claims and claims with requirements based on the Company’s policies and procedures. Monitors the status of claims and update the Claims Registry accurately. Receive and log received claims documents and prepares the documentation of claims received (both in system and hard file). Process an initial evaluation of the claims based on Company’s policies and procedures. Handling of inquiries from clients thru phone, online and walk-in. Prepare reports as may be required and do other related task

Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably with knowledge in Life Insurance Industry
• Computer literate, systematic and organize
• Punctual, focused and result oriented
• Able to perform with minimal supervision
