Leasing Officer

Summary:

1. Be responsible for lease agreements and maintain a positive relationship with existing tenants and responds to any issue that may arise.
2. Negotiates and coordinates lease documents on requirements needed, including signed documents, payments, tenant details forms and registration/ licenses, receipts, etc. and ensuring that all necessary legal requirements are met.
3. Other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/ College Degree Holder
2. Experience in leasing or working in a real estate company and/ or property management is a plus.
3.Proficient in MS Office
4.Strong sense of time management and self- improvement.
5.Able to perform productively while under pressure.
6. Self- motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
7.Willing to learn and quickly adapt to work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starts from 23K and above.
