Job Description
Job Purpose:
OMS Officer is to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on the site and ensure sustainability. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (supervisors and coordinators) and the tracking of the OMS achievements.
Requirements for the Job:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs.’ & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in Performance Management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies highly desirable
Experience working within supply chain operations, manufacturing/operational environment,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites especially on Excel, Word and PowerPoint Presentation
Dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan
Ability to influence without authority is required strongly / significantly in this role
Has self-initiative but understands the role as an integrated team role

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
