Job Description:
We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialists to join our offshore client team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for managing financial data and ensuring the accuracy of financial records for our US-based client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis for management review.
- Coordinate with the client's finance team to address any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a BPO or offshore setting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
