Safety Officer/ Calamba Laguna/20k-25k

Job Specification:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial), Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
With BOSH training & experience in facilitating/conducting training.
Same work experiance in being a safety officer and supporting HRAD works.
Excellent oral, written & interpersonal skills and can collaborate in all levels.
Able to develop training materials and knowledgeable in security protocols.

Job Duties:
Safety and security
Develop and implement the safety program for the site.
Sets an example to the team bu following safety, security and health protocols.
Ensure thaat the safety, security and health standard are met.
Develop policies and protocols to improve safety and security.
Leads investigation on safety orientation for new employees and visitors.
Creates reports for submission of government units.
Analyzes safety and security KPI & comes up with solutions to address it.
Acts timely on hazard identified.

Account Management
Prepares the necessary data and analysis of the operations performance.
Suppport warehouse manager in preparing materials for the business review.

Administration
Ensure that the company's vision and mission is well comprehended and all company policies are adhered by the team. Inspire the team to get the desired results.
Evaluates individual person in team and coaches them.
Recommends training to the warehouse manager.
Coordinates and maintain a healthy relationship with LGU and its affiliates within the area.
Serves as the main point of contact with LGU's, its affiliates and facility landlord.
Ensure that materials, tools and equipment are available for operations use.
